By completing your payment to P!NGO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms. Customers are responsible for their own purchasing decisions. Once payment is successfully made, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded due to personal reasons.


向 P!NGO 完成汇款即表示您已阅读、理解并同意所有条款。顾客需对自身下单行为负责。一旦汇款成功，因个人原因提出的取消、更改或退款请求将不予受理。

P!NGO is a Malaysia-based brand with international shipping to regions including Taiwan and Hong Kong.

P!NGO 为马来西亚品牌，提供台湾、香港等地区国际配送服务。

 

1. Orders｜订单

  • Orders must be completed within 24 hours, otherwise they will be canceled automatically.
    订单需在24小时内完成付款，否则将自动取消
  • Please ensure all order details are accurate before checkout
    请在下单前确认所有信息无误


2. Payment Methods｜付款方式

We accept:

  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • FPX / Online Banking (MY)
  • Touch ‘n Go eWallet
  • Atome (Buy Now, Pay Later)

We are currently working on enabling Cash on Delivery (Convenience Store Pickup) for Taiwan, coming soon.

台湾地区「超商取货付款」正在开通中，敬请期待。

For now, Taiwan customers may proceed with Credit Card or Apple Pay for a smooth checkout experience.

目前台湾用户可使用信用卡或 Apple Pay 完成支付。


3. Shipping｜运输

All orders are shipped from China. Delivery times may vary due to logistics, customs, or external factors.

所有订单从中国发出，物流时间可能因清关或其他因素有所延误

4. Returns & Exchanges｜退换政策

  • No refunds. Store credit only
    不提供现金退款，仅支持购物金
  • Exchanges are only allowed within 7 days for wrong or defective items
    仅限7天内发错或严重瑕疵商品可申请退换

5. Product Disclaimer｜商品说明

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen display

  • Minor imperfections are not considered defects

P!NGO is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers or customs
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

因物流延误或客户填写错误信息所造成的问题，恕不负责
