Our items are processed at our warehouses in China.
Please note that dispatch of goods occurs on regular working days, from Monday to Friday.
Additionally, it's important to consider that certain products, due to their intricate fabrics, might require some extra waiting time. As a result, delivery times could vary, especially during different working holidays of the courier service.
During sale periods, holidays, and in cases of extreme weather, shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

### Standard Shipping Reminder
- **Processing Time:** Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, with the possibility of extending under special circumstances specially Chinese New Year.
- **Delivery Time:** Once shipped, parcels are expected to arrive within 10-13 business days same for international delivery.
- **Please Note:** Delays may occur during promotional periods, holidays, or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Shipping rate depends on Region:
West Malaysia Rm10 per order. Free delivery over RM250
East Malaysia Rm15 per item, Rm7 for additional item. Free delivery on order over RM300.
Singapore area Rm30 per item, Rm7 for additional item. Free delivery on order over RM400.
For singapore orders, please be aware that the orders may have few days delayed as orders have to go through customs clearence.
Important Customer Duties:
Please make sure that your particulars is filled up CORRECTLY, especially receiver address and contact number.
The parcel will be sent back to Pingo warehouse if courier fail to contact receiver. Rearrangement fee will be borned by customer.
Pingo will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping details.
Track Number:
1. Customers will first receive an “Initial Tracking Number.” This tracking number indicates that your package is in the international shipping process, which may include booking a flight, customs clearance, or waiting for handover to a local carrier. Please note that this tracking number is for record-keeping purposes only and does not allow for real-time tracking.
2. Once the package reaches its destination and completes the international shipping process, you will receive a “Secondary Tracking Number.” This number signifies that your package has been handed over to the local delivery company, and you can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on the local logistics platform.
