All orders are processed from our HQ China warehouse and shipped on working days (Mon–Fri).

• Processing time: 7–9 business days

• Malaysia & Singapore: 7–10 business days
  马来西亚 & 新加坡：7–10个工作日
• International shipping (Taiwan & Hong Kong): 10–13 business days
  国际物流（台湾 & 香港）：10–13个工作日

 

Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen factors.

Shipping Fees｜运费说明

• West & East Malaysia 马来西亚（东西马）: RM10 per order
• Singapore 新加坡: RM30 (first item), RM7 (additional item)
• Taiwan 台湾: ¥250 (Free shipping over ¥2500)
• Hong Kong 香港: HKD50 (Free shipping over HKD600)
