Return & Exchange Policy｜退换政策

All sales are final. Please check your order details (size, color, quantity) before placing an order.

7-Day Exchange Policy｜7天退换说明

We only accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, and only for:

• Wrong item sent 发错商品

• Serious defects 严重瑕疵

Minor issues (e.g. slight imperfections) will be compensated with store credit only.

轻微瑕疵将以购物金补偿，不支持退换。

Return Conditions｜退回条件

Items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, unaltered 未使用 / 未清洗 / 未修改

• Returned within 7 days with tracking 7天内寄回并提供物流单号

Otherwise, the request will be rejected.

不符合条件将不予受理。

Important Notes｜重要说明

• No refunds. Store credit only.

• Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer

If an item is out of stock, you may choose:

Swap for another item (same value / top up price difference)

可更换同价商品或补差价更换更高价商品

2. Store Credit Refund 购物金退款

Full amount will be issued as store credit
